Refurbishment services can be provided either on site or in our workshop.
Workshop services for Shell and Tube Heat Exchangers, Air Coolers and Pressure Vessels up to 50 tonnes:
- Design and drafting - upgrading to current standards AS1210, ASME
- Full inspection including NDT and Tube inspections by NATA approved lab
- Full unit replacement
- Removal and replacement of Tubes and all defective parts and components
- Flange re-facing from 50mm ID to 900mm ID
- Tube Plugging - Welded, Tap-in and Pop-it
- Full welding capabilities (SAW FCAW, SMAW, GTAW)
- Machining (Milling and Turning)
- Tube Expansion
- Hydrostatic Testing
- Surface Treatment
- Heat Treatment
- Positive Material Identification
- Reconstruction through weld build up of titanium and stainless tube ends
- Replacement of nozzles lining or complete nozzles
