WESE has eatablished a reputation for quality reliable supply for projects throughout Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Singapore, Thailand, China, Phillipines, New Guinea and New Caledonia, working for both direct endusers as well as local and major international EPC contractors.
Engineering :
The engineering resource of WESE includes the capability and experience necessary to effectively thermally and mechanically design heat exchangers, process vessels and includes specialist areas as finite element analysis, performance optimization, etc.
Facility :
The 7000 sq.m. engineering and manufacturing facilities of WESE, located in Coffs Harbour on the mid-north coast of NSW, Australia, have the capacity to manufacture equipment in excessof 400 tonnes, 6.5m diameter and 70m long.
Transport :
Shipment from the plant is by road to site or the major ports of Sydney or Brisbane with the alternate for direct barge shipment of large equipment from WESE's barge loading facility in Coffs Harbour port.
Materials of Construction :
WESE has significant experience in the supply of equipment in a variety of materials from Carbon Steel to the more sophisticated CrMo, all grades of stainless steels, stainless steel clad, duplex and superduplex stainless steel, nickel alloys, low alloy materials, all grades of titanium, titanium clad, zirconium, hastelloy, tantelum, non-ferrous materials and non-ferrous clad. In addition the company has significant capabilities in subarc and single pass electroslag overlay, high current GTAW, automatic pulsed tig tubewelding and WESE patented flush batten strip technology for titanium clad vessels.
NDT and Mechanical Testing Facilities :
WESE has a NATA accredited and fully equipted NDT facility manned by fully qualified technicians for DP, MP, RT, UT, TOFD and other test methods applicable to the manufacture of the equipment supplied by our company. To support our strong and continued development in welding technology, WESE also has a NATA accredited and fully equiped mechanical testing laboratory.
Quality Assurance
All aspects of the operation of WESE are supported by the company's comprehensive and long established Quality Assurance system fully accredited to ISO-9001/2000, ASME U/U2/S, EU/PED/97 and Chinese SQL.
Project Engineering and Reporting :
WESE places significant attention to reliable supply and working co-operative with clients. The company has a large and recently expanded Project Engineering section which co-ordinates all stages of production from job initiation, engineering, procurement, manufacture, documentation to delivery and through the warranty period. The Project Engineering system is supported by sophisticated integrated software systems including VDDL management, MR systems, Primavera and Greentree. The client is kept fully informed as to the status of their project through regular submission of comprehensive progress reports and the maintenance of close direct WESE/Client contact throughout the project duration.
